Arriving

Gates open at 2 PM on Friday and remain open for arrivals on Saturday.
Parking

Cars and pedestrians should park in the designated areas upon arrival and wait for check-in.

Cars must remain in the parking zones and are not allowed in the tent area, even during packing up.

Tickets

Please have your QR code ready at the gate to check in the people in your booking.

Camping and Campervans

Camping: Tent camping is available in the festival field, with parking nearby.​

Campervans: Please wait on the road to be checked in and guided to your spot.

Safety​

No campfires or disposable BBQs are allowed.

Camping gas cookers are permitted.

Facilities
Toilets

Toilets: A main block with hand basins, plus additional portable toilets.

A handwashing station is available for brushing teeth and washing hands.

There are no showers on-site.

Drinking water & Washing up

Drinking water taps and a washing-up area are provided.
​
Phone Charging
-
Lockers for phone charging are available but limited. Bring power banks.

Food & Drink
Food

A variety of hot and cold meals, including vegetarian options, will be served Friday Evening, All day Saturday, Sunday morning with breakfast available both mornings.

Drinks

Bar hours: 5 PM - 11:30 PM on Friday and 1 PM - 11:30 PM on Saturday.

A cocktail bar will run for a couple of hours each evening.

A coffee stall will serve tea, coffee, and soft drinks all weekend.
Note: The festival is glass-free; no glass bottles are allowed.

The bar is cash only. Bring enough cash; the nearest ATM is 5 miles away in Kirkby Stephen.

Stay in the festival field, away from cars and roads.

Avoid farm animals, other people’s dogs, field walls, and stones.

Steer clear of the farmyard, buildings, bonfire, and woodpile.

what to bring
Camping Chairs

Bring your own chair for comfort around the site.

Dispose of broken chairs responsibly at the Kirkby Stephen recycling facility (open Sunday).

Clothing

Bring wellies in case of wet weather.

Fancy dress will be on the Saturday in anything colourful and festive. Contributions to the dressing-up box are welcome.​​
